Recently, I recommended the National Geographic Kids website for my Wednesday Website Suggestion at Raki’s Rad Resources.
One of the coolest parts of the sections of the site is the Country Information section. This great section gives kids 
quick facts, a video, a map and a news article on a ton of different countries around the world. It would be great for research projects for grades 2-5, and I thought that the readers of Global Teacher Connect would be interested in taking a look at it.
